Dear Ted and Dawn:

I do hope you remember one of the most gorgeous dogs, Fram. He is the canine partner of our son Troy on the West Palm Beach Police Department. I cannot begin to tell you how much we love Fram. He is the perfect gentleman. He has turned out to be one of the finest police dogs that West Palm has ever had, but more importantly, he is an amazing companion and friend to our one-year-old granddaughter Alana. Fram is an outstanding addition to the West Palm Beach Police Department, and the best "grandson" anyone could ask for.

Thank you for providing such perfect dogs and for giving our son, Officer Marchese, an outstanding partner and protector. We love Fram very dearly.
